Returns & Cancellations
Transparency is important to us: As we are a small team and calculate our prices as fairly as possible, we do not offer a general return policy for items you are not satisfied with. According to Swiss law, every purchase is legally binding. Of course, we are here to help if there is ever a problem with the delivered goods – in this case, our warranty naturally applies.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
